Statement Of Faith
1.) We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons – the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit – each of whom is deity. We believe He is loving, just, and holy.
2.) We believe the Bible to be the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. We believe the bible is the supreme authority in all matters and for all things.
3.) We believe mankind was originally created in the image of God but that Adam and Eve, the first man and woman, sinned by disobeying God; thus becoming alienated from their creator. We believe that this historic fall brought all people under divine condemnation. We believe that all humankind was corrupted as a result of this fall and is in need of the saving work of Jesus Christ on the cross, the payment for all sin.
4.) We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, demonstrated the authority and power of God in works and speech, died on the cross, and arose from the dead on the third day.
5.) We believe Jesus was crucified as payment for our sins, that he died, was buried, arose from the dead, ascended into heaven, and is alive and seated at the right hand of the Father.
6.) We believe that Salvation is God's gift to us. We believe we are saved by grace, through faith in the person and work of Jesus Christ. We believe The Holy Spirit, convicts, regenerates, justifies, and adopts us into the kingdom of God as His sons and daughters as we believe and confess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. We believe anyone can be restored to fellowship with God through repenting, believing in, and receiving Jesus Christ as their Lord.
7.) We believe in the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit, empowering believers to live in union with God, continue the work of Jesus, and build his everlasting kingdom.
8.) We believe the church consists of all who put their faith in Jesus Christ.
9.) We believe that we, born again believers, are called to preach the gospel to all nations.
10.) We believe in the return and second coming of Jesus Christ and that those who have believed in Him will be resurrected to a heavenly dwelling in an incorruptible body, and that those who do not believe will join Satan and his host in everlasting punishment.
